Simon says come from my last name “Simon” so I just kind of took the name Simon Says over the years. |

Describe your style of singing or rapping? |
New generation type of rap for those motivated to do big things in life, more so “feel good music.” |

Who inspired you to pursue a music career? |
My father uses to be in a band back in the day, he was the bass player and they were pretty popular in Louisiana back in the gap. Other than that, I listen to alot of j Dilla, and the more I listened the more I wanted to tie words to his works of art. |

What challenges did you face as a youth in pursuit of your music dream? |
I’ve faced money and problems and still am today, I was raised by my grandmother, who is very religious so I had to listen to different music when playing music on my speakers. |

Describe your feelings when you’re recording music in the studio? |
I feel all of my problems just go away and focus on making the track and great one for people to enjoy. |

What is the message behind your music? |
To just live life to your standards, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. That one person can accomplish their biggest feats. |

What do you fear the most in this business? |
I fear that this business could create a bad stereotype of who I am, but that comes with any business I the entertainment industry I believe. |
