Rochester police suspended after pepper spraying 9-year-old girl

The cops from Rochester, New York who went ahead to handcuff as well as pepper spray a 9-year-old girl on January 27^th, got suspended. The suspension of Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren was ordered on February 1^st, although it was agreed upon that it is a “minimum” punishment for now.
