It was announced Thursday (Feb. 9), that Central Cee’s upcoming single “Me & You,” would be released on Thursday (Feb. 9). This is an offering produced by EY and Razor that samples Donnell Jones’ song “Shorty (Got Her Eyes On Me).” On this laid-back track, the London talent deals with heartfelt intentions while keeping it real with his significant other about his hectic lifestyle and his heartfelt intentions:
During the year of 2022, Central Cee had a successful year that began with the release of mixtape 23 that was his most recent project. As part of the project, 15 cuts were made and additional features were added throughout the entire process including the following ASHE 22, A2 Anti, Baby Gang, Freeze Corleone, Morad, Beny Jr, Rondodasosa. The artists also included his brother Juke Caesar for some of the tracks. 23 was the artist’s highest-charging album. No 1 on the U.K. Albums chart and was rewarded with a gold certification as well. No More Leaks, the album that was delivered by the “6 For 6” rapper months later, includes a total of four tracks. During that same year, a number of other hits were also released, including the runaway hit “Doja,” which has led to speculations that a new body of work may be coming soon.
The North American leg of Central Cee’s “Still Loading World Tour” is slated for next week, and the tour is named after the breakout track from his 2020 album Wild West, which was released in tribute to the album’s title. The short tour will visit eight cities across the country and Canada, and will end with a stay at the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, which will be the last stop of the tour.

It is no secret that racism still exists today, and this issue is particularly rampant in our schools. In light of Black History Month, an incident occurred at Diablo View Middle School in Clayton, California that highlights how far we have to go to ensure our students learn about the history of African Americans and their contributions to society.
A California middle school student was disciplined for making a racist joke during Black History Month. The student, who has not been identified, put cotton balls in front of his classroom’s Black History Month display. When asked why he did it, the student said he was “making a cotton field.”
These incidents underscore the need for more dialogue about race and racism in our schools. We need to have honest conversations about the ways that racism manifests itself in our society and in our classrooms. Only then can we begin to address the problem head-on.
This incident highlights the problem of racism in America’s education system. Although the U.S. has made great strides in recent years to improve racial relations, there is still a long way to go. Racism is often perpetuated through ignorance and lack of understanding.
