Afrobeats is at the forefront of the British star’s new single, The Dutch, produced by P2J. Both “Who Told You” and “It’s Crazy” are tracks that featured on J Hus forthcoming studio album, Don’t Say Militancy, a record that has been heavily promoted in London over the past few weeks as one of the most anticipated albums of this summerIn a YouTube video (which is featured above), he also explains the meaning and concept behind the title of the album, which is what you can see above. My immediate response was to ask myself, “What does that mean to me?”. Is it like don’t just suggest something, be the one to say it, init?” J Hus replied. “Initially, don’t say it out loud. Just keep it to yourself. You shouldn’t say anything unless you’re going to act upon it. That’s wet, I don’t think so. In order to be successful, it is essential that you do the following. If not, why? Init, do not say anything about it. In essence, that is what it means. Rather than saying it, do it! Put it on display! ”

New video from GloRilla for “Lick or Sum”

A new single from GloRilla was released on Tuesday (May 23), entitled “Lick Or Sum,” a remix of Juicy J’s “Slob on My Knob” that is just as tough and hard-hitting as the original.

“Lick Or Sum” also features a visual provided by Chris Villa. With a twerking routine that matches the song’s energy, GloRilla and her crew are seen in various locations demonstrating their best twerking skills.

GloRilla debuted her debut EP back in November of 2022, titled Anyways, Life’s Great, and it was also the first official release GloRilla released because she was now part of Yo Gotti Collective Creative Agency. In addition to the nine songs that were part of that project, additional features such as those from Niki Pooh, Cardi B, and Hitkidd, made the album become the fifth most-streamed R&B/Hip-Hop album on Billboard’s chart. As a follow-up to the release of Anyways, Life’s Great…Bonus Edition in January, the “Tomorrow” artist has released a follow-up album. He added viral cuts like “PHATNALL” and “Nut Quick.”

A few weeks ago, GloRilla was interviewed for the show “Big Facts” and she spoke about the love and support she has received from her fans so far. “People seem to be able to relate to me because I am not changing at all,” she stated. “ Since I am from the neighborhood, I am able to relate to a lot of people, including those who are not from the neighborhood. While I have received a greater amount of love, I have also experienced a substantial amount of hate. My intention is to love people… I have never harbored a hating spirit because I know it is always a matter of timing.”
