Trippie Redd and Chief Keef team up for the official visual “ATLANTIS”

Trippie Redd and Chief Keef team up for the official visual “ATLANTIS”

As you may have heard, Trippie Redd released a surprise album earlier this month, entitled MANSION MUSIK. The compilation featured some of the biggest stars of the industry, including Ski Mask The Slump God, Nardo Wick, Travis Scott, Rich The Kid, Lil Baby, and a lot more, spanning across 25 tracks in total. In the meantime, he followed up the release of the album with the release of the official music video for the single “ATLANTIS.” Not only did Chief Keef contribute to the clip, but he also executive produced everything on the album according to his own words. As he raps over a hard-hitting instrumental produced by SJR Beats, Trippie Redd talks about the lavish life he leads over a hard-hitting beat:

There is a reimagined visual for the Ohio native’s song on the way. It was directed by Nolan Riddle, and sees him take over a dark junkyard with his crew. Towards the end of the clip, he links up with Sosa, where they deliver a high-energy performance of their collaboration in a graffiti-filled, chandelier-lit room where both artists perform a series of rap verses. Afterwards, they head outside, assemble their entourage, and then pull off in their luxurious cars so that they can meet up with the rest of the group.

Previously, Trippie Redd had only released two songs on 2022’s First Draft EP, which was a two-song bundle including “Save Me, Please” and “1st Degree Murder.” In addition to the songs he has released on his own, he has also contributed to other tracks like “City Of God” with Orochi, “Feline” which was produced by Juice WRLD, “Who You Are” with Doodie Lo, and more.

Fans are going to be surprised by Ice Spice’s new ‘Like..? ‘ EP

Fans are going to be surprised by Ice Spice’s new ‘Like..? ‘ EP

Earlier today (January 20), Ice Spice dropped a new surprise project titled Like…? As part of the offering, she has included six tracks, including several of her viral hits, such as, “Munch (Feelin’ U)” and “Bikini Bottom.” Taking its name from one of her infamous ad-libs, the EP counts only one guest appearance from Lil Tjay, a guest appearance on the track “Gangsta Boo.” On the said track, the 23-year-old artist Ice Spice makes use of the sample of “I Need A Girl (Pt. 2)” by Diddy:

“It all started when I made the song ‘Gangsta Boo,’ then I thought about who I would want to hear on it, really,” Ice Spice said during an interview that appeared on Apple Music 1 recently “On the other hand, I wanted to make sure this was a true collaborative effort. Do you feel what I am saying? I have been friends with him since last year, so I thought he was the most appropriate person to make that decision. We both come from the Bronx, and we are both very close friends. Despite the loss, I recorded the song before she (Gangsta Boo) passed away. Actually, it was just before that. I therefore agree with the statement. The timing was exactly right, and it was a very sad coincidence.”

It was not long ago that the New York-raised rapper made waves on the drill scene when she released tracks like “Bully (Freestyle)” and “No Clarity.” As the year 2022 progressed, it was apparent that she had hit her stride as she gradually released more music, dropping tracks like “Be A Lady” and “Euphoric,” which both were released at the same time. During the emergence of her new hit song, “Munch (Feelin’ U),” which was co-signed by Drake, she gained a worldwide following.

With “2 LIVE,” Offset and Hit-Boy team up.

“2 LIVE” is a booming track that pays tribute to Uncle Luke and the 2 Live Crew that Offset and Hit-Boy released today (Jan. 13). Thus, the subject matter of the song is just the kind of thing that’s perfect for getting everyone on the dance floor and get them dancing:

2 LIVE” comes with an accompanying video clip directed by ThirdEyeRaz and Horrible Always, which we can see at: the video is centered around a party that the collaborators are hosting. Additionally, there will be plenty of tequila served up by Patrón, as the brand is partnering with Hit-Boy for a docu-series called “Mixed & Mastered”, which is due to air in 2016.

Offset think it is safe to say that 2022 has been a productive year for Hit-Boy, largely due to projects including Bulletproof Soul as well as Pacman da Gunman, HITGIRL featuring Dreezy, and King’s Disease III alongside Nas. Additionally, the Fontana, California-born beatsmith provided quality cuts including “Scholar” alongside 24hrs, “CORSA” featuring Half-A-Mil cohort Dom Kennedy, and “Tony Fontana III” featuring Curren$y. Aside from his own work, Hit-Boy’s production has appeared on tracks by the following artists: Doechii, The Game, Beyoncé, Cordae, Blueface, Ab-Soul, The Kid LAROI, and YG. In the meantime, it has been four years since Offset released his debut studio LP, Father of 4. Over the course of the past few years, Migos has released several well-received singles into the public sphere, including “Code” and “54321” alongside Moneybagg Yo.
