New single from Kodak Black is called “No Love For A Thug”

The Floridian star Kodak Black revealed a new song over the weekend (April 14), titled “No Love For A Thug.” Created by Lbeats, the track features the Floridian singer singing about his family, street life, and internal battles over the course of the track.

There was some buzz in October of 2022 when Kodak Black released his latest album, Kutthroat Bill: Vol. 1, which was part of the news. A 19-song album containing contributions from a number of artists VVSNCE, Lil Crix, NFL Tuewop, and Prince Swanny. Throughout his career, he has been involved in many songs that have featured his rhymes, including Internet Money “I Remember,” Anuel AA “Sufro,” A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie “Water (Drowning, Pt. 2),” Doodie Lo “ISTG, PT. 2,” Diplo’s “Wasted,” Doechii “What It Is (Block Boy),” Trippie Redd “COLORS,” and Gucci Mane “King Snipe.”

It was previously announced that the star of “No Flockin” Kodak Black is now enrolled in Arizona State University.

“I have always considered Arizona to be one of my home states. “I am currently enrolled at ASU after receiving my GED in jail,” he stated. “In addition, I simply enjoy applying myself, despite the fact that my money has been with me for so long, I can help the school learn something.”

The Undeniable Business Empire of Jay Z

The Undeniable Business Empire of Jay Z

The Rise of Roc Nation: From Humble Beginnings to a Global Empire

When we think of entrepreneurship, we often imagine the stories of those who went from rags to riches – the underdogs who defied the odds and built empires from nothing. Few tales embody this spirit of hustle and resilience, like the journey of Shawn Corey Carter, better known as Jay Z. Born and raised in Brooklyn’s Marcy Houses, Jay Z’s early life was anything but glamorous. But he had a gift – an innate talent for wordplay and storytelling that would become his ticket out of the projects.

From Marcy to Madison Square: The Birth of Roc-A-Fella Records

In 1995, after being turned down by several record labels, Jay Z co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records with Damon Dash and Kareem “Biggs” Burke. It was a bold move, and one that would change the course of his life forever.

Despite the odds stacked against them, Roc-A-Fella Records quickly became a force to be reckoned with. Jay Z’s unique style of rap, infused with clever wordplay and a hustler’s mentality, resonated with audiences across the country.

The Blueprint: Building Roc Nation

But Jay Z wasn’t content to rest on his laurels. He had a vision – a blueprint for an entertainment company that would break the mold and revolutionizes the industry. In 2008, Roc Nation was born.

More than just a record label, Roc Nation was a one-stop shop for artists, encompassing talent management, music publishing, touring, and more. Jay Z’s goal was to create an ecosystem where artists could thrive, free from the constraints of traditional music industry structures.

The Birth of a Vision: Roc Nation Today

Fast forward to today, and Roc Nation has become a global empire, representing some of the biggest names in music, sports, and entertainment. With a roster that includes Rihanna, J. Cole, Big Sean, and athletes like Kyrie Irving and Skylar Diggins-Smith, Roc Nation’s influence knows no bounds.

But Roc Nation’s impact extends far beyond music and sports. Its film and television division has produced critically acclaimed content like the Emmy-nominated series “Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story,” cementing Roc Nation’s status as a cultural powerhouse.

The indomitable spirit of entrepreneurship is exemplified by the success stories of those who have risen from humble beginnings to build empires. Jay Z‘s journey to Roc Nation stands as a paragon of inspiration, a testament to the power of hustle, resilience, and vision.

It has been announced today (March 31) that Marshmello has teamed up with Polo G and Southside to bring you “Grown Man,” a genre-bending banger produced in addition by Luca Presti. With this track, Polo G sets the stage for his lyrics which discuss financial success, the street life, and more.

In the past two years, Marshmello has released his fourth studio album, Shockwave, a 12-track offering featuring DJ Sliink, TroyBoi, NITTI, Megan Thee Stallion, Carnage (now known as Gordo), Juicy J, and more. After that, he maintained his momentum through a series of loose drops, including: “ESTILAZO” “Before U,” featuring Tokischa, “Party Jumpin’” featuring Jamie Brown, “Numb” featuring Khalid, “American Psycho” featuring Trippie Redd and Mae Muller, and “El Merengue” featuring Manuel Turizo. In addition, he has handled boards for artists such as Rico Nasty, 24kGoldn, ShaunTheKiddd, Young K.I., LIL DUSTY G, Oliver Tree, Alesso, and Juice WRLD.

The music of Marshmello was provided by ESPN during September of 2022 for the “Monday Night Football” episode during the current season of the National Football League (NFL). The result of this partnership of Polo G & Marshmello was the creation of a dance floor-friendly remix of “Heavy Action”, which has served as the theme song for “Monday Night Football” since the 1970s. Marshmello provided an overview of his experience working with the network in a press release. “To work with ESPN is a dream come true for me I have been a Monday Night Football and NFL fan since I was a young boy,” he continued.

In his latest single, Maiya The Don takes aim at the “Duties”

In his latest single, Maiya The Don takes aim at the “Duties”

The viral hit “Telfy” by Maiya The Don made her an overnight hit in October 2022, making her one of the most popular women in the world. In a weekend filled with new music, Brooklyn rappers came through with their latest single, “Dusties.” This track is a tribute to her roots in New York City, with a sample of Lil’ Kim’s famous “Magic Stick” song featuring 50 Cent, which is a sample of Lil’ Kim. The track also features an interpolation of Ice Spice’s breakout track from a few years ago, called “Munch (Feelin’ U)”:

Ahead of the release of the new track, the rising star Maiya The Don sat down on “The Zane Lowe Show” yesterday (March 6) to discuss it. “My first response when I received the beat from Pliznaya was, “Yup, that’s fine”’. Lil Kim is my fave, we both hail from Brooklyn, and she is one of those women who tells us that God is a woman. In my mind, I am thinking, “Certainly, I am there.” Obviously,” she replied.

Additionally, Maiya The Don discussed some of her greatest musical influences in the interview. “Missy [Elliott] is a great inspiration to me,” she said. “I feel as though I recognize myself in her. She is a person with whom I can relate on so many levels. Missy is my favorite; I adore her to pieces. However, most of my favorite rappers are boys since my earliest memories of hip hop are when I received my first iPod at the age of 7. All the music was provided by my uncle, who was 16 years old at the time. In other words, it’s like Rick Ross, JAY-Z, Lil Wayne, everybody.”

As a debut artist, Maiya started out with loose tracks such as “ILL NANA,” “222,” and “CHIRAQ.” Since then, she has been featured on tracks such as “Conceited” with Lola Brooke alongside Flo Milli and “No More Crying” with Lay Bankz.
