A brand new freestyle was dropped by Machine Gun Kelly as a surprise for his fans today (April 26), and the rapper tapped Cordae to help him do so by assisting him in the creation of his new track. The two rappers Machine Gun Kelly & Cordae present a cypher-style clip in which they are seen performing a mix of words over Central Cee’s hit song, “Doja.” When it comes to MGK, he brings his own unique twist to the track as he begins things by saying:
A few months ago, Machine Gun Kelly released his latest project, mainstream sellout, which is one of his most recent releases. As part of the 16-track release, Lil Wayne, Gunna, Landon Barker, Young Thug, amongst many others, contributed to the creation of the project. It was three months later that he delivered the deluxe upgrade that consisted of six brand-new tracks, including live renditions of songs such as “maybe” and “papercuts.”
From A Bird’s Eye View was Cordae’s sophomore album which was unveiled in January 2022. This album contained 14 songs in addition to additional collaborations with stars such as H.E.R., Lil Wayne, Gunna, Freddie Gibbs, Lil Durk, Stevie Wonder, Eminem, Ant Clemons, and Roddy Ricch. There has been plenty of visual content from the album since then, including visuals for cuts such as “Chronicles,” “C Carter,” and “Today.” In addition to his own releases, he has contributed verses on a number of other tracks in recent months including “Spinnin” featuring B-Lovee, “Only Fan” featuring Bazzi, and more.

It was with great pleasure that Lloyd Banks released the third installment of his The Course of the Inevitable series on Friday (April 21). It’s not exactly shocking when you hear that the G-Unit alum released his latest album under the name Pieces of My Pain. It consists of 16 tracks with contributions from 38 Spesh, Method Man, Vado, Dave East, Tony Yayo, and Cormega.
In addition to his well-received album, Lloyd Banks also treated fans with a video for one of the standouts tracks off the album, “Invisible,” one of the most compelling drops from Cartune Beatz that featured some of the best wordplay, lines, and interpretations about Banks’ hard-won status as one of the best in the business.
With the accompanying video for “Invisible”, direct by Llama, everything is kept simple with a variety of shots depicting the New York emcee wandering around a variety of locations, some of which are near train tracks, in front of his SUV, as well as inside an almost entirely dark room.
During the summer of 2021, Lloyd Banks marked his return to wax with his release The Course of the Inevitable, which featured 18 tracks and featured contributions from a wide variety of artists, including Freddie Gibbs, Benny the Butcher, Roc Marciano, Styles P, and Sy Ari da Kid. Taking it to the next level, he released The Course of the Inevitable 2 in 2022, another action-packed release that included collaborations with Tony Yayo, Conway the Machine, Jadakiss, and more. The fact that Banks’ musical output has remained consistent for the past few years provides hope that things will remain that way in the future as well.

Having just completed a pair of stellar Coachella performances, Latto knows just how good she is. As a way to celebrate her stellar performance on the stage, the ClayCo County-bred artist returned yesterday (April 24) with her new “Put It On Da Floor” video, a short clip that combines all the highlights from her performance into a three-minute clip. The track is produced by Go Grizzly, Pooh Beatz and Squat Beatz. The powerful vocals of Latto are overlaid on top of the instrumental, over the sound of the massive crowd, encouraging her to keep going:
As part of her sophomore LP, 777, which was released back in March 2022, Latto presented our audience with a variety of features, including Childish Gambino, 21 Savage, Lil Wayne, Nardo Wick, Lil Durk, and Kodak Black. In terms of singles, the album was anchored by her highly successful “Big Energy” track, which was produced by Vaughn Oliver and Dr. Luke and sampled Mariah Carey ’90s classic “Fantasy.” As a result, fans have been able to interact with their favorite songs, such as “Wheelie,” “777,” “It’s Givin,” and “Soufside.”
Besides dropping her own albums, the 24-year-old rapper has made an impression on the music scene by dishing out features to tracks such as “Don’t Play With It (Remix)” from Lola Brooke, “FreakyT (Remix)” from TiaCorine, and more.

Shordie Shordie is going to officially unveil his upcoming mixtape titled A Life For Two this Friday (April 28) and just in time for the weekend. Fans have already seen a number of previews of the album, such as “Thug Life” and “UK” with Kay Flock. Yesterday (April 24), he released another sneak peak entitled “How High.” During the opening scene of the music video, Blue reveals that the Baltimore rapper has run out of rolling papers, and that the stranger in the car next to him has also run out of smoking accessories. Having linked up with each other, the two had an eventful day together, with the bars providing the perfect background music:
A second installment of Shordie Shordie More Than Music series was released back in July 2022, which featured collaborations with Offset, Mozzy, and Rich Homie Quan over the course of 17 tracks. A 13-track body of work was released with no guest appearances in the first edition of the album, released in 2020. It has been possible for fans to watch official videos for cuts such as “The Wire,” “Morning In LA,” “Changing,” and “Body Language.”
A recent interview with the captain Hook rapper Shordie Shordie led to an explanation of what makes his music unique. The music is relatable from beginning to end, no matter whether it is a mixtape or an album. My writing will always be a story, and it will always be relatable. I promise you that. There is no doubt that everyone should be able to be a part of something like that,” he said in response to the statement.

In an announcement on Friday (April 21), Belly announced that he will be collaborating with Hit-Boy on Mumble Rap 2, the successor to the 2017 release of Mumble Rap. To get his fans ready, he also released a new single titled “American Nightmare” from the forthcoming tape, which was produced by DannyBoyStyles as well as Nick Lamb, which was also included in the final mixtape. Upon pressing play on the track, it’s apparent that the Canadian emcee hasn’t lost a step, a fact that’s largely due to the boastful reminders throughout that show just how strong his flow is.
“American Nightmare” also had a matching visual, which was directed by Darren Craig. This video captures Belly and a mysterious passenger racing through the streets of Los Angeles during a rainy evening in a trippy clip.
There was a brief message published on Belly’s social media before the music was released which explained what the song is about.
“Even though I am from a place that is constantly demonized in the media, I would like to take this opportunity to express how proud I am to be black, and of being not only an Arab, but of being someone who has been able to show an example for young Arabs all around the world,” he said. “Sometimes, it seems as if the Arabian dream resembles the American nightmare, but we would rather dream than worry. Being patient is easy when you know what you are meant for.”
