DRAGGED ON CONCRETE
After dragging a minor Black teen across the pavement, a police officer has been suspended. This happened although the teen was not resisting. This incident occurred in Mansfield, Ohio earlier this month. Officer Jordan Moore stopped a car that was of the father of the teen.
