A lawsuit has been filed by Actor Terrence Howard against 20th Century Fox Film, for unpaid compensation. That is because they didn’t take his permission for making use of his likeness in the logo of the show Empire. Howard acted as Lucious Lyon on “Empire” for six seasons. The network is being sued by him for breach of contract. According to Howardhe was given the run around when he wanted to receive royalties as his image and name were being used. The said logo of Empire features a picture of Howard’s face. According to Howard, he did not do a photo shoot for the logo, and insteadFox used an image from Howard’s role as DJay in the 2005 film, Hustle & Flow.
