In addition to the 13 tracks on the mixtape, the release has features from ATM Rich Baby, Big Moochie Grape, Lil Thad, Glockianna, Dubba C, and Gloss Up, another labelmate on QC. Upon releasing the release, he accompanied it with a video for “Mr. Memphis Massacre,” the title track of the project.

Memphis Massacre III follows up on Duke Deuce’s previous album, which was released in June, CRUNKSTAR. As a result, he was in consultation with a variety of talented artists for assistance with this body of work. These artists included JP The Rockstar, Slimeroni, Gloss Up, Co Cash, DJ Tootz, Rico Nasty, GloRilla, Doe Boy, Lil Yachty, Juicy J, Babyface Ray, and Dante Smith.
