INSTAGRAM DEVELOPING A TIKTOK-STYLE VERTICAL FEED FOR STORIES

Instagram may mimic one more component of TikTok’s design, with the incorporation of a new vertical feed for Stories. Essentially, when stories can be swiped up and down, they will act like reels, which was also incorporated to compete with TikTok. The new idea hasn’t reached the testing phase.
