Travis Scott taps Donald Trump lawyer to assist with Astroworld lawsuits

Following the Astroworld Festival tragedy, Travis Scott has hired attorney Daniel Petrocelli.

Having a practice experience of representing high-profile clients, including Donald Trump.

Heading Los Angeles-based law firm O’Melveny & Myers, Petro celli was appointed to represent Trump against fraud claims filed over Trump University real estate courses.

According to Revolt, Petrocelli sent letters out to the various lawyers representing the kin of those who died during Scott’s Astroworld Festival.

During an interview, he said that his client was devastated by the Astroworld tragedy and that he grieves for the families whose loved ones died or sustained injuries Speaking on behalf of Travis, lawyer Petrocelli promised Travis would settle funeral expenses for victims of the tragedy, including Mr. Blount’s son.

Extending financial aid to cater for funeral expenses was, however, not taken well by the families of the victims, especially the Blount family.

Losing a young kid during the tragedy is genuinely painfully. Regarding Scott’s offer, Blount, through his lawyer, rejected the proposal to cover funeral expenses.

Giving a statement, Bob Hilliard, representing Blount’s family, said that Scott faces a journey of pain and remorse ahead. According to Bob, Scott must face and hopefully see that he bears some of the responsibility for Astroworld tragedy.

Facing a lawsuit of $2 billion, Scott is being held responsible for the tragedy of fatalities and casualties. According to the lawsuit, Scott is accused of inciting the crowd into a frenzy and blames organizers for not considering safety concerns.

Hard drive containing exclusive Tupac content is up for sale

According to TMZ, the hard drive, previously owned by Pac’s former bodyguard Frank Alexandar, is being sold by GottaHaveRockandRoll.com.

Starting price for the drive is listed at a value of $10,000, but it could sell for more than $600,000.

Following the successful auction, the lucky winner will access unreleased music, depositions, and never-before-seen photos of Pac.

Gaining from the auction also is the foundation which will receive 10 percent of total earnings.

Bidding last month saw a lucky bidder spend more than $22,390 for the rapper’s notebook, which contained five of his handwritten notes.

Auctioning of Tupac’s belongings last year. Also saw Love letters he penned being sold for $75,600 to a fan who purchased the collection.

Since celebrity items in auctions attract a competitive demand, exclusive Tupac items are arguably higher, considering his storied career and untimely demise.

Displaying at Celebrity Cars Las Vegas showroom is Tupac’s BMW, which has since been repaired.

Being the last place that vehicle that Tupac was in before being shot makes his BMW a priced item in the showroom.

Existing pieces of Tupac’s treasure also include; a collection of rare Tupac photos taken by hip-hop journalist and photographer Lawrence “Loupy D” Dotson at the 2Pacalypse Now album.

Auctioning of Tupacs photos taken by hip-hop journalist and photographer Lawrence “Loupy D” Dotson was also done.

Speaking to the rolling stone, Loupy D Dotson said you can see it in his eyes: the determination, the passion, the swagger, and the shine

According to Loupy, by looking at the photos, Pac knew what he was going for an on stage that night, becoming the legend he is.

Amazing aspect of the photos is that they portray a side of the man few people get to see since he is not wearing jewels and Versace but appears humble and hungry.

Two drug dealers plead guilty in Mac Miller’s death

Two drug dealers plead guilty in Mac Miller’s death

Appearing in court were the suspects in the Mac Miller murder who died from using drugs.

Investigating officers have linked several people to being directly or indirectly involved in the MC and rapper’s death.

Presiding over the court hearing on MacMillers murder was Judge Otis D. Wright

Pleading guilty to distributing drugs to Mac Miller were two suspects, namely Stephen Andrew Walter and Ryan Michael Reavis.

According to various news agencies, Stephen Andrew Walter and Ryan Michael Reavis confessed to their role in the transaction that indirectly led to Mac Miller’ death.

During Tuesday morning’s (November 30) court hearing, Miller’s supplier confessed to giving the counterfeit oxycontin pills to Reavis.

Pleading not guilty, Mac Miller’s dealer said that he was unaware of the pills’ contents

Confessing to abetting the transaction, Walter told Judge Otis D. Wright. “that he did not know that fentanyl made up the pills.”

During the hearing, however, Reavis, who remained mum during the entire proceedings, admitted that he knew they contained either fentanyl or some other controlled substance

Following an investigation into Miller’s death, it was confirmed he passed away after ingesting a mix of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol.

According to Walter’s statement before the court on September 4, 2018, he instructed Reavis to deliver oxycodone pills to Cameron Pettit.

Defending himself from the murder charges, Walter said that he should be charged with selling blue pills (little blue counterfeit oxycontin pills) and didn’t know what was in them.

During cross-examination in court, Walter said he had never met Miller and was unaware of Petitt’s plans with pills.

Sentencing for the suspect may include 20 years in federal imprisonment, a lifetime of supervised release, a $1 million fine, and other court fees for distributing a controlled substance. Walter, Reaves, and Pettite are all scheduled to stand trial next year.
