A new release by Boosie Badazz expresses the pain that comes with being involved in the criminal justice system. In the past couple of days, the Baton Rouge-born rapper has released a new track and video, entitled “Please Hold Me Down.” Boosie Badazz sincerely requests that his family and friends remain by his side as he fights for his freedom, referring to the ongoing case involving Young Thug in the song:

A dramatic visual accompanying the audio depicts an intense courtroom scene. In the crowd, his loved ones can be seen weeping as he delivers his piece, “Wipe Me Down.”

A 10-track album, Lines For Valentines, was Boosie Badazz last full-length release in February, which included features from Money Bagz and Og Dre. His previous studio release, Heartfelt, contained fan favorites such as “Always & Forever” and “Love All Gone.” Therefore, the rapper has already appeared on a number of collaborative tracks in 2023, such as “Domin” with Quicc Savo, “Know My Name” with Mac Hard, “I Need A Man” with Alexia Jayy, “Can’t Change My Ways (Remix)” with TTODBumpy Johnson, and more.
