In the realm of today’s music news, one topic that’s garnering attention is the concern expressed by rapper Boosie Badazz about his son’s weed smoking habits. Notably, these concerns were voiced during a recent Instagram Live stream, a platform increasingly used by celebrities to engage with their fans.

Boosie’s Revelation on Instagram Live

During the live session, the Baton Rouge rapper asked someone off-camera about his son, Tootie Raww’s whereabouts. Upon hearing that his son was outside in his car probably smoking, Boosie remarked, “He gon’ turn into a weed plant“. He further described his son as a weed plant wearing shoes, insinuating that his son’s life revolves excessively around smoking.

Boosie’s Self-Reflection

However, the 41-year-old rapper also confessed that he was not very different at his son’s age, admitting to his own past indulgences. In a light-hearted yet concerned tone, Boosie communicated his worries about his son’s smoking habits, especially so early in the morning.

“First thing you do in the morning, huh?” he said, to which Tootie smiled and noted he didn’t even notice him there. “That’s how loaded you is!” Boosie said. “The car door been open. You ain’t even see me?”

A Father’s Fear

Apart from his son’s penchant for weed, Boosie has also expressed more grave concerns for Tootie. He fears the implications of his son’s possible involvement in serious altercations with other rappers like YoungBoy Never Broke Again and Kodak Black.

“I wouldn’t know what to do if my son get a murder charge,” he said, suggesting he didn’t like seeing Tootie get into beef with rappers. “I gotta stop him from crashing out. Then it worry me more all them lil n***as around him clutching. It’s easy for something to happen… Got me worried as a daddy.”

Past Controversies

Despite his worries, Boosie and his son have not been without their share of controversies. Last year, they faced significant backlash over a video that showed them examining a woman’s private parts with a magnifying glass. Boosie was heard instructing his then 18-year-old son, “Look at the pussy, son.” This incident led to widespread criticism, especially considering Boosie’s past homophobic rants against rapper Lil Nas X for his overt sexual expressions in his music videos.

In conclusion, as a father, Boosie’s concerns for his son seem justified, especially given the potential health and legal implications of excessive cannabis use. However, his past actions and public statements may make it difficult for him to effectively guide his son

In a recent intriguing development, Boosie Badazz, the renowned rapper, once again seems to be in need of assistance to find a misplaced item. This time, however, it’s not a piece of jewelry or a misplaced lyric notebook, but the charger for his ankle monitor.

A Plea for Assistance

On Tuesday, November 7, Boosie took to X, a social media platform formerly known as Twitter, to announce his predicament. He appealed for help in locating his ankle monitor charger, offering a generous $5,000 reward to anyone who could assist him in his quest. According to Boosie, the charger mysteriously “slipped off” during his flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles International Airport.

Boosie also provided his contact email for anyone who found the charger, emphasizing his eagerness to avoid any unnecessary consequences that could arise from this situation.

A Series of Unfortunate Events

This incident appears to be a continuation of a string of unfortunate events for Boosie. Back in June, the rapper found himself in hot water with federal agents when he was spotted with a firearm during an Instagram Live stream. This resulted in his arrest outside a San Diego courthouse, facing a charge of possession of a weapon by a felon. After spending a week behind bars, he was released on bond, under the condition that he would wear an ankle monitor.

Despite his best efforts, Boosie’s plea to dismiss the gun charge was denied by a judge in August. Now, the missing ankle monitor charger adds to the list of challenges facing Boosie.

Not the First Lost Item

Boosie’s misplaced charger incident is reminiscent of his recent losses. In October, he offered a $10,000 reward for the return of his all-white diamond chain, which had mysteriously vanished. Despite retracing his steps, the Baton Rouge rapper was unable to locate his precious accessory.

Following this, he lost another diamond chain while enjoying a Missy Elliott track at an Atlanta Hawks game. This chain, too, seemed to have slipped off during his dance routine.

A Modern Day Boosie

In an interview with TMZ, Boosie responded to Sexyy Red’s self-proclamation as the “modern day Boosie.” The rapper expressed his appreciation for the compliment. Boosie also hinted at a potential collaboration with Sexyy Red, revealing that he had already contributed to one of her upcoming tracks.

With this latest incident, it’s clear that Boosie Badazz continues to navigate his way through a series of challenging situations. From legal woes to lost items, the rapper’s journey is as tumultuous as it is intriguing. As he continues his search for the lost charger, fans and followers wait with bated breath, hoping that Boosie’s luck will turn for the better soon.

In the third verse of Ungrateful, Boosie, a native of Baton Rouge, openly criticizes the mother of his child. His lyrics don’t hold back, expressing his anger towards her for seeking child support. This is despite his recent grand gesture of gifting his daughter a new car for her birthday.

Lyrics: “Baby mama, she done hit me with the child support/Ol’ dirty-ass b***h ’bout to lie in court,”

Boosie raps these lines with palpable irritation, linking her actions to his choice to reclaim the birthday present in retaliation for her “ungrateful” act.

Rapping Out His Displeasure

Boosie doesn’t hesitate to uncover alleged secrets from her past. His lyrics paint a picture of a turbulent relationship, filled with resentment and disappointment.

Lyrics: “Well, that AMG Benz I’ma need that back/ Won’t play it like that, you ain’t ’bout to keep that”

Boosie asserts his intent to retrieve the car he had gifted, reflecting his displeasure with the situation. He continues to air out his grievances, not mincing his words as he expresses his contempt.

A Daughter Disowned

The drama doesn’t end there. Boosie addresses his daughter in the song, expressing his shock at her choice of words towards him. Despite his efforts and sacrifices for her, she had publicly insulted him. His disappointment is clear in his lyrics.

Lyrics: “Cut off my daughter for life, your ungrateful ass,”

He states this towards the end of the song, reflecting his disbelief at the unfolding situation.

The Album: Goin Thru Some Thangs

Ungrateful is a part of Boosie’s new album, Goin Thru Some Thangs. The album was released earlier this month, and this song comes in the wake of a public disagreement between Boosie and his daughter, Tori.

The disagreement was sparked when Boosie decided to take back the Benz he had gifted her for her 16th birthday. Tori retaliated with negative comments about him. However, Boosie defended his actions, pointing out the flaws in her mother’s parenting.

A Father’s Refutation

Boosie took to social media to elucidate his side of the story. He emphasized his role as a father and provider, contrasting it with the checkered history of Tori’s mother.

Boosie’s Statement: “I’ve always taken care of my children,”

He mentioned this in a lengthy post, highlighting the lifestyle he provided for his daughter. He expressed his disappointment at his daughter’s words, given that she had recently enjoyed shopping sprees and a comfortable life, thanks to him.

He further criticized Tori’s mother, mentioning her numerous arrests and jail stints. Boosie stated that he tried to raise his daughter differently, to not follow in her mother’s footsteps.
