Before a deadly tasing, the cousin of the BLM founder yelled, “They’re trying to George Floyd me!”

Before a deadly tasing, the cousin of the BLM founder yelled, “They’re trying to George Floyd me!”

As the world continues to grapple with the injustice of George Floyd’s death, one Los Angeles family has been forced to face a similar tragedy. Keenan Anderson, cousin of Black Lives Matter Founder Patrisse Cullors and a 31-year-old teacher, was killed by the LAPD during a confrontation in late April. In a shocking video recently released, Anderson can be seen struggling against officers before being tased and later pronounced dead at the scene. Read on to learn more about this heartbreaking story and how it is connected to the fight for justice for George Floyd.

The muder of Keenan Anderson is yet another example of the police brutality that black people face in America. It is also a tragic reminder of how little has changed since the murder of George Floyd. We must continue to fight for justice and hold the police accountable for their actions.

One of the founders of the Black Lives Matter movement, Patrisse Cullors, has a cousin who was tased by police officers in Los Angeles, California. The man’s name is Keenan Anderson and he was stopped by police for riding his bike on the wrong side of the road. When police officers attempted to search Keenan Anderson, he ran away. The officers chased Kizzee and tased him when they caught up to him. Keenan Anderson died as a result of the tasing.

Patrisse Cullors, founder of Black Lives Matter, said that her cousin was shouting because he was in fear for his life. She said that the tasing was deadly and that it should never have happened.

This statement highlights the ongoing problem of police brutality against black people in America. The fact that someone would feel the need to shout this statement before they were killed by police speaks volumes about the state of race relations in America.
The aftermath of the tragedy has seen a renewed focus on the Black Lives Matter movement and its goals. The movement has gained new momentum in the wake of George Floyd’s death, and it is clear that there is still much work to be done in order to achieve equality and justice for all.

If you are able, please consider making a donation to help the Anderson family during this difficult time. Every little bit helps, and your gesture of solidarity will be greatly appreciated.

The tragic death of George Floyd has been a catalyst for much needed change in the US. Unfortunately, despite all of the progress that has been made since then, there are still issues that need to be addressed. The incident involving the BLM founder’s cousin is just one example of how systemic racism and police brutality can lead to devastating consequences. We must continue to fight for justice and accountability so that others don’t suffer like this again.

Blxst releases new album, “Before You Go”

Blxst releases new album, “Before You Go”

Blxst is without a doubt among the most exciting new music artists to emerge in recent memory. We like to refer to the sophomore slump as “sophomore slump”; however, this does not describe the Los Angeles phenomenon. His actions indicate that he took that idea and put the extra effort into making sure that wouldn’t be his call this time. He seems to have done so. The spring and summer seasons will be infused with endless bops. The fact that Blxst decided to share some new tunes with us is very convenient in light of this situation. The sophomore album from Blxst, Before You Go, arrives today (Apr 22).

Honestly, Blxst is at an extremely exciting part of his career, and he is just getting started. No Love Lost (released in 2020), his debut album, reached No. 3 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart in 2020, elevating him from a promising local performer to a credible R&B voice with heat to spare. Fans were not disappointed when he released the platinum-certified single “Chosen” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga months after the initial release. Due to the success of his debut single, the South Central native began receiving high expectations for his sophomore efforts, a stage at which some artists find it difficult to recapture the magic of their debut project.

The rising star has never slowed down since his arrival and it seems abundantly clear that he has no plans of doing so any time soon. A total of 13 tracks are featured on the LP, including tracks from Rick Ross, Arin Ray, GrandmasterVic, and Zacari.

Suspect arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Clarence Avant’s wife

Suspect arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Clarence Avant’s wife

Following the death of Jacqueline, who is Clarence Avant’s wife, one suspect has been arrested.

According to the Los Angeles Times, they arrested the suspect by the name Ariel Maynor moments after the shooting incident.

According to the outlet reporter, the incident occurred at around 2:30 am. Confirming the incident, the outlet noted that Ariel Maynor broke into the home at around 2:30 am.

Breaking into Jacqueline and her husband’s property in Trousdale Estates occurred on Wednesday morning (December 1). The shooting of the 81-year-old philanthropist was by an AR-15 rifle, after which the gunman fled.

Attempting to leave Beverly Hills in his vehicle, the suspect was intercepted and arrested.

Acknowledging the incident, Beverly Hills Police Chief Mark Stainbrook condoned with the family and confirmed the arrest of the suspect. During the attack, other casualties were the guard and her husband, music executive Clarence aka “The Black Godfather.

Occurring on the same day was another incident whereby a man was later found in the backyard of a Hollywood home during an attempted robbery, which, however, failed since the man accidentally shot himself in the foot before being taken to a hospital.

An astute watch commander conceptualized the existing relationship between the shooting and, who then resolved to alert the authorities.

The gunmen used as an entry point sliding door glass, according to investigators responding to calls about the Beverly Hills shooting. They arrived at the Avant estate on Wednesday, where they discovered Jacqueline with gunshot wounds.

Motivating factor for the shooting incident is yet to be established since they reported no missing items. Robbing or burglarizing a residence motivates home invasions, but that was not the case. Investigating Jacqueline’s murder and establishing the motive continues.

Vanessa Bryant lawsuit takes a new twist with a psychiatric exam

Vanessa Bryant lawsuit takes a new twist with a psychiatric exam

Vanessa Bryant might have to take psychiatric exam for lawsuit over helicopter crash photos

In the latest court case regarding a helicopter crash, onlookers Vanessa Bryant and her family members were suing a CBS News station for a report that implied they coached their daughter’s public trauma. Inside Edition found a network of hidden cameras behind a warehouse door which revealed what might have been going on prior to the accident – with the footage being online for all to see. As an interesting twist, after Bryant is forced to take an emotional-stress test as part of pre-trial proceedings, it is revealed she might have to take psychiatric exam for lawsuit over helicopter crash photos

To determine whether Vanessa is competent to defend the lawsuit against them, the Los Angeles County has requested she be evaluated by a psychiatric specialist. On Jan. 26, 2020, there was a fatal accident in Calabasas, California which killed Kobe, Gianna, and seven other passengers. The case stems from employees of the county fire department and sheriff’s department who shared pictures of the scene.

What caused the crash?

As a result of LA County’s interest, Vanessa and others in the suit are being asked to take the exam, to determine if the emotional distress they feel was a result of the post or the accident itself. Currently, Los Angeles claims that it is the latter that was the case.

Is the family suing the media?

In accordance with Los Angeles County, Bryant and the others are suing them for money that amounts to tens of millions of dollars in a lawsuit that revolves around the effect that the January 2020 events had on them psychologically. It is alleged by them, however, that Vanessa and her company have refused to submit to independent medical exams despite all of this. Accordingly, a trial is expected to start in February.
