In a new video for “Please Hold Me Down,” Boosie Badazz pleads for loyalty

A new release by Boosie Badazz expresses the pain that comes with being involved in the criminal justice system. In the past couple of days, the Baton Rouge-born rapper has released a new track and video, entitled “Please Hold Me Down.” Boosie Badazz sincerely requests that his family and friends remain by his side as he fights for his freedom, referring to the ongoing case involving Young Thug in the song:

A dramatic visual accompanying the audio depicts an intense courtroom scene. In the crowd, his loved ones can be seen weeping as he delivers his piece, “Wipe Me Down.”

A 10-track album, Lines For Valentines, was Boosie Badazz last full-length release in February, which included features from Money Bagz and Og Dre. The third installment of BlueBucksClan fan-favorite series was released in October 2022. This is the third installment to the series that was launched in 2019. There were 18 tracks on the LP, with Cash Kidd and Jeremih providing assistance.
