MoneyMarr presents new video for “Tip Toe”

In his last project, Millionaire Mindset, MoneyMarr had 14 hard-hitting tracks and Rah Swish provided the assist. Having dropped a couple of loose EPs and notable feature appearances lately, it was no surprise to notice the D.C. artist dropped a new song called “Tip Toe” that features some of MoneyMarr’s signature street rhymes:

MoneyMarr also returns with a visual courtesy of Marko Steez, which captures the artist’s hard-hitting lines in full motion. In addition to seeing him in a house with a beautiful woman, masked up in a vehicle with a couple of cohorts, and more, viewers have the opportunity to observe him.

Aside from Millionaire Mindset and Exotic Habits, MoneyMarr also blessed fans with Exotic Habits and Millionaire Mindset, another well-received artwork with a collaboration among fellow artists Xanman, Black Fortune, Taedoe Jugg, Lil Skii, and Baby Fifty. With series like Draco Vibes and Youngest Trappest, MoneyMarr has established himself as one of the most promising artists.

During his recent interview with On The Radar Radio, MoneyMarr expressed his feelings about the overall music scene in the Washington area as follows:

“I feel like we have a scene developing. I support the scene that we have going on, as well as everyone else who’s going strong. Hats off to them. We’re rising right now, we’re doing our little things, and I think we should get noticed a little more. But I think it’s only a matter of time.”

Yung Bleu and M Huncho collaborate on “Who We Are”

M Huncho’s debut studio album, Chasing Euphoria, is set for a late October release. Thus far, the mashup includes the singles “Warzone” featuring Headie One, “Lean” featuring Giggs, and “The Worst.” Following that, the masked artist offers “Who We Are,” a Linah Bensadok-produced track featuring Yung Bleu that sees them reflecting on their humble beginnings:

Featuring Myles Whittingham as director, the accompanying video for “Who Are We” shows an unidentified youth (presumably Huncho) fitting the song’s theme by hanging out with his friends, pretending that they’re rappers, and (at the end of it all) playing some music. Yung Bleu and Huncho also deliver their songs’ lines in different locations, among which are a car dealership and a diner.

2020’s Huncholini the 1st was M Huncho’s most recent solo album, and it featured thirteen tracks as well as guest appearances from D-Block Europe, Headie One, and Nafe Smallz. As well as achieving a Top 5 spot on the UK Albums chart, Huncho received a Silver certification and received critical acclaim. In the next year, he teamed up with Smallz for the hit song DNA, another top ten success with the assistance from Yxng Bane and Young Adz.

A new Ella Mai album called ‘Heart on My Sleeve’ is here

This continues to be a beautiful blossoming scene for the R&B scene, and artists like Ella Mai are a huge part of that. Throughout her second album, Ella Mai opens up to her listeners and shares the depths of her soul. This time around, the London-born R&B singer embarks on a personal journey, giving us insight into what her mind is like than ever before. Her new album Heart On My Sleeve comes out today, May 6. There are many differences between this album and Mai’s impressive self-titled debut album, which was released in 2018. That album went double platinum in the US and was a big hit. Boo’d Up, the album’s chart-topping lead-single, garnered a Grammy award for best pop song.

Despite the passage of time since her debut album was released, Ella Mai has an air of maturity and transparency as she embarks upon her new phase. She could only reach this viewpoint by fully embracing all of love’s challenges and completely embracing who she was as a woman. Having downloaded her debut album over 2.5 million times, the singer entered the next phase of her career knowing people all around the world were eagerly anticipating her second release.

Thanks to the generosity of her label, Ella Mai was given the time and space to work at her own pace. With quite a bit of freedom over her creative process, Ella Mai began to think about exactly what she wanted to express. “Everything that could possibly come to mind was going through my head,” she says about the process. The tour of 2019 had kept me out of the studio for a while because I had been touring all year. Thus, when I started recording the alalbum, I had to reconnect to with the studio again.”
