In the past few days, Yungeen Ace has released the album Survivor of the Trenches, the latest work in his career. As part of the project, there are guest appearances from Rob49, FastMoney Goon, GMK, Real Boston Richey, and more across 14 tracks. It was accompanied by the official music video for the project’s standout single, “Gang Nem,” a track featuring EST Gee and featured on the album. The Chicago-bred rapper Yungeen Ace dropped his first mixtape, All on Me, in April, which consisted of 17 songs and features from a range of artists, including Boosie Badazz, Kodak Black, Spinabenz, Baby23, Toosii, and YBeezy. There were many well-received singles on the project, including singles like “B.A.M” and “Life of Sin.” and his previous project, 2 Broken 2 Heal, was released in 2021 which he released with Nuski2Squad as a collaborative project. There were 10 hard-hitting songs on 2 Broken 2 Heal and FastMoney Goon contributed a single assist to the album.

In a new release from his upcoming EP, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie decided to drop off a surprise single over the weekend called “Water (Drowning Pt. 2),” which was a collaborative effort with Kodak Black, which follows up on the hit single from last year called “Drowning.” This melodic offering, which was produced by S.Dot and 254Bodi, reveals the two rappers discussing A Boogie’s hometown, street life, women, and more.
A brand-new album titled Me vs. Myself is scheduled to be released later this year. Artist 2.0 was a 20-song album that featured the likes of Gunna, Summer Walker, Lil Uzi Vert, Young Thug, DaBaby, and Khalid. With 111,000 equivalent album units sold in its first week, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie eventually reached No. 2 positions on Billboard’s 200 chart, earning a platinum certification for its sales performance. As soon as Artist 2.0 was released, a deluxe edition was released with nine additional tracks and it is now available for purchase.
