It has been reported that Bay Area rapper Lil Yase was reportedly killed this weekend, aged 25. On Saturday, news regarding his death began to circulate and several people put up tribute posts. On Instagram, Lil Yase’s label Highway 420 Productions revealed that the speculations are true. While there is no official information regarding cause of his death, several sources reported that he was fatally shot in the southern section of the East Bay.
Yet again, Kevin Hart is facing controversy. On Saturday, the comedian appeared on the audio based social media platform Clubhouse. Almost immediately, people spoke about how he was disrespectful of Black women and resorted to misogynistic jokes, going as far as referring to his 15-year-old daughter as a how because of her alleged interest in several guys. Several women criticized Hart for this joke and labelled him as sexist. However, Hart defended himself in several ways, and claimed that his critics want to see him going down.
The Mayor of Georgia and the police department cancelled the show of Quando Rondo after news emerged that Lil Durk and his crew may turn up. There have been issues between both the parties since King Von was murdered some weeks ago. On Instagram Live, Rondo seemed to leave the show upon learning that the show was cancelled, and he could be seen sporting a bulletproof vest, saying “I’ve been walking out, vest on all type of crazy.” There are speculations that 600Breezy played a role in the cancellation.
In relation to the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion, Tory Lanez pleaded not guilty to felony assault and weapons charges, according to the Los Angeles D.A.’s office announced. Moreover, Lanez did not appear in court. In October, the Canadian singer faces a single felony count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm (personal use of a firearm), carrying a loaded gun, and an unregistered firearm in a vehicle. Moreover, he also faces gun allegations of personally inflicting great bodily injury. Although he denied shooting, conviction will come with over 22 years in prison.
