New performance by DreamDoll entitled “Misunderstood”

It was announced this month that DreamDoll would release the third installment of her fan-favorite Life In Plastic series, which was launched back in 2017 and is loved by many. This eight-track album includes previously released singles that have already been featured on the album, such as “You Know My Body” with Capella Grey and “Ice Cream Dream” with French Montana.

The Bronx emcee and songwriter, DreamDoll has provided the rap world with the latest offering from the upcoming body of work, a live performance of the album’s opening track, “Misunderstood.” DreamDoll, with the help of UPROXX, provides a rendition of the track concerning her early life circumstances and how they led her to become the person she is today:

DreamDoll has built quite a following over the past few years, with her loose singles including “Ah, Ah, Ah” by Fivio Foreign and “Different (Freestyle).” Aside from her own tracks, she has also recently graced recent tracks by dishing out guest verses including “Wiggle” with Rick Ross, “Toot That” with Erica Banks, and “Shake Sum” with Don Q.

The “Splish Splash” rapper recently discussed her intentions for Life In Plastic 3 during an interview she conducted with Great Big Story. There’s no doubt that this is a brand-new version of a DreamDoll. As far as people have been hearing, I feel like they have only been hearing my freestyles and a few verses about my features. She told me, “I feel like this is liable to have a major impact on how people talk about me in the future.”

It is time for Skillibeng to release new visuals for his tracks “More Fire” and “Deja Vu”.

It is time for Skillibeng to release new visuals for his tracks “More Fire” and “Deja Vu”.

On Monday, December 19th, Skillibeng decided to bless his fans with not just one, but two new songs so they could enjoy them during the holiday season. It can be seen in both singles, titled “More Fire” and “Deja Vu,” that beautiful Black women are put at the center of the visuals to showcase what they are capable of.

“More Fire” is a video released by Jenzar in support of the song and it opens with a shot of Skillibeng walking his dog near a house, while two women sunbathe in front of it. After the Jamaican star has driven an off-road vehicle across the flattened landscape, he delivers a set of rhymes that are made only for adults and suitable for both dance floor and bedroom settings in the following manner:

“Deja Vu” maintains the same theme regarding the subject matter within the film. For example, shots throughout the film include shots of women enjoying the beach and other nearby locations. While Skillibeng is nowhere to be seen, his words are certainly audible over the scenes witnessed in RUPPI’s effort, despite the fact that he is not onscreen.

“Down” is the new visual from Lord Francis

On December 20th, Lord Francis released his new single, “Down,” a melodic effort, created under the production of Too Tall, who is known for his past work with the likes of Shy Glizzy, Rick Ross, and Ace Hood. This dancehall-influenced track is centered around a sexual rendezvous between two lovers and it’s infectious and upbeat.

In addition to the single, Lord Francis and his team worked with Malcolm Cook, Jon Brooks, and Ramses Villalva Designs to create the matching visual accompanied by the single. This clip shows the D.C. talent’s interaction with a woman in a bar before he heads out for a wild night out with his friends. While watching the film, viewers will be able to observe Francis and his love interest engaging in an intimate moment on the beach.

In March of this year, Lord Francis joined the masses with what was dubbed Nocturnal, a six-song EP that delved into the love life of the artist that included the popular singles “Champagne Waup” and “Long Day.” Scattered across the internet, the mysterious artist has stayed off the radar since then. Earlier this year, he announced the return of his music career with a song called “U Street” which pays homage to one of the city’s former nightlife and cultural hubs. His momentum would continue to build with the release of “Growing Man,” another Too Tall-backed production, in which he reflected upon one of his former flames while creating a comparison between his own life and the life of his grandfather.
